Homemade Gooey Chocolate Caramel Cups

Hello thebasis readers,

I have yet another delicious recipe to share with all of you. It is super easy and requires no baking! All you need are 2 bags of chocolate chips, a cupcake tin, mini cupcake liners, and some store-bought caramel (or homemade).

Begin by melting your chocolate chips in the microwave and then placing a spoonful of chocolate into each part of the cupcake tin’s holes. Put that tray in the freezer until the chocolate is fully frozen (it should be around 25 minutes). Then, remove the tin from the freezer and put a little but of caramel in each hole. Cover the caramel with another layer of chocolate and place back in the freezer. Once the caramel cups are fully frozen, you are good to go! Enjoy!

Again, they are super easy to make and are a great dessert for any upcoming holiday party!
