Coachella was everything I had imagined it would be and more: The giant astronaut, the overalls, the flower crowns, and the watermelons. It was unlike any festival I had ever been to. The people were far less grimy and the crowd was way more into the music. The food was amazing. I had everything from mac & cheese grilled cheese to salted caramel ice cream. There was a giant ferris wheel, over 8 stages, and 5 huge art installations. On top of all this, the music was freaking incredible. Lorde and Lana del Rey floated across the stage like angels, while the 1975, Arcade Fire, and Bastille killed it. Words can’t even begin to sum up the weekend I had, so I will try and let photos do some of the talking.
